Entries Invited For Nerja’s Amateur Theatre Festival 2013

This years Festival de Teatro Aficionado de Nerja (Amateur Theatre Festival) will take place on the 29th and 30th of May and the 1st of June 2013 at the Nerja Cultural Centre. Amateur theatre companies that want to take part in the festival have until the end of this month (April) to enrol.

A maximum of three successful entries will be chosen, preferably from the Axarquia and in particular, from Nerja. The three groups chosen will each receive €200 towards the costs of putting on their performance and 50 free tickets for friends and family.

This years Festival is sponsored as in previous years by the Unicaja Foundation and the Asociación Nerjeña de Acción Cultural.

To enrol a group go to the Cultural Centre between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday with the name of the group, details and author of the work they wish to perform, complete with a synopsis, cast list and group photograph. For more information enquire at the Cultural Centre on Calle Granada.
