Preparations For Fiesta Blanca 2012
There will be five DJs performing: Kike Puentes, Emilio González, William, Koty Jiménez and Xarly Brown and there will be prizes and alcohol-free cocktails on offer.
The Fiesta Blanca has been taking place in Nerja for the past six years on El Salon beach (next to the Balcon de Europa) and this will be the first year it has been held at Torrecilla. The party starts in the evening and goes on until the small hours, with live music and DJs performing on a specially constructed stage on the beach. The footpath down to the beach is lined with candles and everyone who goes are encouraged to dress in white, to match the spirit of Fiesta Blanca, which means White Party in English.
The fifth Fiesta Blanca in Nerja took place on Tuesday August 14th 2012 (see the youtube video below).
Everyone attending last year were offered a free non-alcoholic cocktail and entry into a draw to win a weekend away to the Almeria coast.
Fiesta Blanca included a DJ, dancing, live sax music, competitions, free gifts and more and went on late into the night.
