Nerja council have been carrying out improvement works in Plaza Marina, one of Nerja’s many squares. The council have replaced the wooden railings, that had been quietly rotting away over the years. The railings have been changed for new ones made from iroko hard wood and other improvements have also been made in the square.
Plaza Marina in Nerja is hidden away just off Calle Castilla Perez near to the centre of Nerja. The square has a childs playground in the middle and is surrounded on two sides by a number of bars and restaurants, making it a popular destination in the summer months for families.
