On Saturday 18th of August in Plaza Cangrejos there will be performances by Paula Domínguez (flamenco) and La Banda del Soplo (South American brass instruments) at 10pm and 11pm respectively. Entry is free.
These acts are part of the Diversons programme sponsored by La Caixa bank, to promote traditional music and the integration of different cultures. A jury of experts have chosen the best acts to perform on a tour of Spain, from May to December.
Now in its seventh year, Diversons has given nearly 100 bands the chance to perform, chosen from 2,000 entries. In total over half a million people have seen the acts perform in 400 different locations in Spain.
