Description

Casa Cantus is a 1 bedroom apartment in Nerja in the small and peaceful Naricha urbanisation in the east of the town.  There are trees and gardens throughout the attractive urbanisation.  A large communal pool is accessible to all guests and the apartment has its own private terrace as well as a large roof terrace.

Inside the property there is one bedroom with two single beds and plenty of storage space.  A large ceiling fan will keep you cool during the hot summers and mosquito nets on the windows will keep out unwanted insects.

The living room has air conditioning, comfortable seating, cable TV and a DVD player.  There is a dining area with table and chairs and patio doors open out onto the private terrace.

The bathroom includes a walk in shower and there is a hairdryer for the use of guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and coffee machine.

Outside is the private terrace with patio furniture and a spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace where there are sun loungers, patio furniture, a barbecue and a shower.

All bed linen and towels, including beach towels are provided and there is a washing machine in the apartment.  For colder months there is an electric heater.

Smokers are welcome but please do not smoke in the apartment.

Access to the property is down a number of stairs so it is not suitable for people with mobility problems and the spiral staircase to the roof terrace makes it unsuitable for small children.

The owner will consider renting the property for longer periods so please ask if you are interested in a long term rental.
