This lovely terraced house is within 5 minutes walking distance to Burriana beach and the town centre.

Downstairs there is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven/hob, fridge and microwave. There is a cloakroom and lounge dining room with settees, dining table and chairs with sat tv and cd player. This opens onto a terrace with table and chairs.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom, full bathroom and bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed, both bedrooms have balconies.

The complex has a security gate with intercom access for visitors and a large communal pool which is surrounded by lovely lawned gardens and has shower facilities. As the property is so well placed for access to the beach and town a car is not essential.

Local Amenities and Nerja

The apartment is only a few minutes walk from beautiful Burriana Beach.  This beach is wide and sandy with safe bathing for all the family.  It is lined with bars and restaurants, including the famous Ayo’s which offers fresh paella every day, cooked in huge pans over a wood fire.  From the beach you can take part in many watersports, including kayaking, paragliding and diving.

Nerja town centre, a 10 minute walk away, has 8 beaches, many with the Blue Flag award, and the unspoilt Spanish town retains its charm, particularly in the old quarter with its narrow streets and traditional tapas bars.  The famous Balcon De Europa, with its incredible panoramic views, is the focal point of Nerja and cannot be missed.  For shopping Calle Pintada is the main destination, and a weekly outdoor market is held on Tuesdays.  Festivals take place throughout the year and are always a highlight for those in Nerja at the time.

As a base for touring the eastern Costa Del Sol Nerja is perfect.  Malaga is only an hour away by car, Granada a couple of hours and the beautiful inland mountains and villages on the doorstep.
