Casa Ana is a bright and spacious 2 bedroom pueblo with a pretty terrace and walled garden, close to pools, restaurant and well stocked mini supermarket.

El Capistrano Village is built in typical Andalucian style set amongst beautiful gardens and traffic free walkways.  Cypress, olive and palm trees and tropical plants abound.  There is a mixture of apartment, villa and pueblo accommodation and many of the homes are lived in all year round.  Nerja Town is a 20 minutes flat walk and the main Burriana beach is 5 minutes by car.

The property has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio door onto the terrace, the other with one double bed and two single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.  The bathroom includes a full size bath with overhead shower.

The living room is open plan with patio doors leading onto the terrace and has two large, comfortable sofa beds, satellite TV and DVD player.  Free WiFi internet access is provided.

For the cooler months there are oil filled radiators to provide heating.

Outside there is a small walled garden and large terrace with sun loungers and patio furniture, and a shared pool is available for all guests.

Car parking is on the road at the back of Casa Ana.

Local Amenities & Nerja

Capistrano Village with its whitewashed houses and apartments and beautiful gardens is a popular area for residents and tourists.  The ‘village’ has its own shops, bars and restaurants and a bus service connects it to central Nerja and Burriana Beach.

Nerja itself has 8 beaches, many with the Blue Flag award, and the unspoilt Spanish town retains its charm, particularly in the old town with its narrow streets and traditional tapas bars.  The famous Balcon De Europa, with its incredible panoramic views, is the focal point of Nerja and cannot be missed.  For shopping Calle Pintada is the main destination, and a weekly outdoor market is held on Tuesdays.  Festivals take place throughout the year and are always a highlight for those in Nerja at the time.

As a base for touring the eastern Costa Del Sol Nerja is perfect.  Malaga is only an hour away by car, Granada a couple of hours and the beautiful inland mountains and villages on the doorstep.
