DescriptionThis spacious and bright apartment is ideally situated in the busy and lively centre of Nerja, close to beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. It is located in Edificio Avenida, a quiet and secure residential building with an intercom entry system and is on the third floor which can be accessed by lift or stairs.
Almost on the doorstep there are a wide range of small local shops, including fishmongers, butchers, bakeries and greengrocers. A large variety of tapas bars, cafes, pubs and restaurants are within a short walk. The famous Balcon de Europa is only a few minutes away where you can enjoy the incredible panoramic views and sit at a pavement cafe and watch the world go by. Torrecilla Beach can be reached in a couple of minutes, and the beaches of El Salon and Calahonda are also only a short distance away. The tourist office is also close by where you can find all the information you need about Nerja.
The apartment itself has two bedrooms, one with twin beds (new mattresses) and the other with a single (new mattress) and a fold up bed. The comfortable sofa bed in the lounge completes the sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people.
The bright and airy living room has a double sofa bed with a new, comfortable mattress, an armchair and a dining table and chairs. The TV receives Spanish digital television with the facility to switch from Spanish to English audio for certain TV programmes.
The large terrace is accessed from the lounge. This is a great spot to sit and watch the busy streets below or you can lower the shade to make a cosy private space.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, new fridge freezer, new washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and iron.
The bathroom has a shower, WC and sink, a mirror and bathroom cabinets for storage.
There is a telephone line into the apartment and for long term rentals it would be possible to activate the line and receive broadband access. Please contact the owner for more details.
All linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided.
One small pet is allowed with the prior consent of the owner.
My friend and I spent a lovely week in this bright and airy flat. brilliant position so close to shops and Balcon of Europe Everything we needed was there and the flat was very clean and tidy. would like to come back soon with my Husband. many gracias!

Local Amenities & Nerja
Nerja has 8 beaches in all, many with the Blue Flag award, and the unspoilt Spanish town retains its charm, particularly in the old town with its narrow streets and traditional tapas bars. The famous Balcon De Europa, with its incredible panoramic views, is the focal point of Nerja and cannot be missed. For shopping Calle Pintada, Barrio and Diputacion are the main destinations, and a weekly outdoor market is held on Tuesdays. Festivals take place throughout the year and are always a highlight for those in Nerja at the time. This apartment is in the heart of Nerja and is perfectly situated to enable you to enjoy all that the town has to offer.
The Nerja caves are only a short bus ride or drive away. They are located near the village of Maro and are an unmissable experience during your visit to Nerja.
As a base for touring the eastern Costa Del Sol Nerja is perfect. Malaga and the airport are only an hour away by car, Granada a couple of hours and the beautiful inland mountains and villages on the doorstep. An excellent bus service also opens up the towns of Malaga and Granada provinces and beyond to visitors staying in Nerja.
