Local Amenities & NerjaTorrecilla Beach is a short walk down a flight of steps from the apartment (see video above). Â There is also access via a step free path, making it ideal for wheelchair or pushchair users. Â As well as Torrecilla, Nerja has seven other beaches to choose from, ranging from the mile long Burriana, to the tiny Carabeo beach, as well as a handful of coves tucked away from the crowds. Â All of these are within walking distance of the apartment, so no need to hire a car unless you want to. There are a number of beach front bars and restaurants on Torrecilla itself (which are open all day in summer), plus many other small establishments on the surrounding streets, giving a wide range of eating and drinking choices. The town centre with the famous Balcon de Europa viewpoint is a 15 minute stroll from the apartment and there are many tapas bars, restaurants and international bars in the narrow streets of the old town centre.

My mother and I stayed at this lovely apartment in early Sept 2011. We found it to be extremely clean, spacious and an excellent location for beaches( 2mins) and restaurants.Nick was very helpful and even had tea bags and bottled water on our arrival! I can highly recommend this apt and will no doubt be renting it again.
