A stunning, luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa of the highest standard with a private pool. The pool can be heated in the 'shoulder months, at an extra cost', October and April/May, if the temperature of the water falls below 23 C.
The villa is located in Fuente del Baden, which is a quiet urbanisation at the eastern end of Nerja. In the main, Fuente del Baden is made up of detached villas, many with their own private swimming pools. This villa enjoys all day sun and is ideal for families/small groups of friends (no stag or hen groups) looking for a relaxing and active holiday. The nearest beach is approximately a 25 minute walk downhill and it is easy to hire a taxi back up for 7 Euros. Although car hire is not essential we would recommend it for transport from Malaga and during the holiday for shopping and sightseeing.

The nearest restaurant is a 10 minute walk from the villa. The villa has beautiful views to the sea, mountains and town, with ample south facing terraces and garden as well as covered areas for alfresco dining or sheltering from the sun.

The villa is air conditioned throughout; however, we do ask that this is only used at night so we are able to keep this charge within the rental fees, unlike some properties who charge extra.

Outside: Private pool (can be heated at certain times - see above), terrace, garden, sun loungers, patio table and chairs, gas BBQ.

Living Room: 2 sofas, satellite TV(not Sky), flat screen TV, DVD player, games, DVDs and books, dining table with 6 chairs, radio/IPod docking station, sliding door to large south facing terrace with sofa and armchairs. There are electric security/sun blinds in all the front facing doors and there is a wood burner for winter.

Bedroom 1: Extra large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. King size bed, dressing table, wardrobe, bedside tables, lights, chairs, ceiling fan. Large walk-in shower, bath, sink and toilet. Double sliding doors leading out to small terrace.

Bedroom 2: King size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lights, dressing table, chair and French doors leading onto terrace.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds with ensuite shower cubicle, sink and toilet. Bedside table, light, chest of drawers and some hanging space; however there is a cupboard in the hallway for extra clothes. This room looks out to the back of the villa.

Bedroom 4: Twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and light. This also looks out towards the back of the villa.

Other Features: Fully air-conditioned (see above terms of use). Washing machine is located outside in the garage, street parking in front of the villa. The town centre and Balcon de Europa is about 3 km away and it is possible to walk down and catch a taxi back; but we have walked it before now! Burriana beach is about a 25 minutes walk.

PLEASE NOTE: The swimming pool is an open area which can be accessed from all terraces, so young children will need to be accompanied by adults at ALL times. The depths are 1.30 metres in the lowest end, 1.65 in the middle and 1.95 metres in the deep end.

There are some steps to get up to the property
Notes: No pets allowed but please contact us if you require a long winter let and we will review this at the time. No smoking anywhere at the property

General: Air conditioning (see notes on use), satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi (guests pay-as-you-go), wood-burning stove for winter
Standard: Kettle, toaster, iron, coffee maker, food mixer and well-stocked kitchen items
Utilities: Dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine
Rooms: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms consisting of 1 family bathroom and 2 en-suites
Furniture: 4 Single beds and 2 king-size. Dining seating for 8 and inside dining for 6. One 3-seater sofa and 1 2-seater plus outside furniture. Cot hire can be arranged at extra cost
Other: Linen and towels provide
Outdoors: Balcony/terrace, private garden and BBQ

Available for a Winter Rental from November until Easter at 1,000€ per month plus electric usage.
