A beautiful original Spanish two bedroom two bathroom townhouse with truly stunning views, situated on the lovely Punta Lara estate on the outskirts of Nerja with great communal pool facilities including children's splash pool and snack bars/restaurants. Available for both short holiday lets and long term rental.

The accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinets. A large private sun terrace with furniture is accessible from the master bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, drawers and cabinets. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge for additional sleeping space if required.

The large living room has two 3 seater sofas and access to a terrace with dining furniture and magnificent views towards the sea and mountains. Satellite TV is available offering normal UK channels and some Sky movie, news and sports channels.

There are two bathrooms in the property, one with bath and overhead shower the other with a large double shower. Both bathrooms have WCs and wash hand basins.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and the usual appliances such as toaster, microwave and kettle.

Access to the townhouse is via some steps so unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Air-conditioning is available and if required a small additional charge will be added. Please ask for details.

Local Amenities & Nerja

Punta Lara is an attractive modern urbanisation built in traditional Spanish style with whitewashed buildings set in beautifully landscaped streets and gardens. The urbanisation offers visitors shops, bars and restaurants and communal pools as well as fabulous views of the Mediterranean and the nearby mountains.

The nearest beach is ‘Playazo’, a 5 to 10 minute walk from the townhouse. There are several beach front restaurants and bars here and it is the longest beach in Nerja. You can walk along the beach to reach the town of Nerja or catch a bus on the main road below Punta Lara.

Nerja town centre has 8 beaches, many with the Blue Flag award, and the unspoilt Spanish town retains its charm, particularly in the old quarter with its narrow streets and traditional tapas bars. The famous Balcon De Europa, with its incredible panoramic views, is the focal point of Nerja and cannot be missed. For shopping Calle Pintada is the main destination, and a weekly outdoor market is held on Tuesdays. Festivals take place throughout the year and are always a highlight for those in Nerja at the time.

As a base for touring the eastern Costa Del Sol Nerja is perfect. Malaga is only an hour away by car, Granada a couple of hours and the beautiful inland mountains and villages on the doorstep.
