You have to see it! location location location, half way between Balcon de Europa and Burriana beach. Lovely quiet location but still in the centre of everything.

This beautiful 3 bedroom apartment is only a 5 minute walk from Burriana Beach and from the centre of Nerja.  There is a large communal pool set in well maintained gardens, a private roof terrace with loungers and a BBQ, and additional terraces outside the living room and bedrooms.

There are two double bedrooms and a twin room and two full bathrooms with bath and overhead shower.  The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms.

The large bright living room is comfortably furnished and has a dining area with table and chairs.  Satellite TV is installed with English and Irish channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer plus all the appliances you would need.

Local Amenities and Nerja

The apartment is located on the edge of the old part of town and there are many bars and restaurants only a minute or two away.  A supermarket is just around the corner.  Burriana Beach is only 5 minutes away, and the beaches of Carabeo and Carabeillo are also close by.

Nerja has 8 beaches in all, many with the Blue Flag award, and the unspoilt Spanish town retains its charm, particularly in the old town with its narrow streets and traditional tapas bars.  The famous Balcon De Europa, with its incredible panoramic views, is the focal point of Nerja and cannot be missed.  For shopping Calle Pintada is the main destination, and a weekly outdoor market is held on Tuesdays.  Festivals take place throughout the year and are always a highlight for those in Nerja at the time.

As a base for touring the eastern Costa Del Sol Nerja is perfect.  Malaga is only an hour away by car, Granada a couple of hours and the beautiful inland mountains and villages on the doorstep.
