This beautiful brand new 5 bedroomed/4 bathroom villa sleeps up to 12 people but it can be rented as a 3 bedroomed villa for 6 people and the price has been reduced for a three bedroom let.

It is situated on the outskirts of the white village of Frigiliana with magnificent views through the national park down to the coastline of Nerja. You can just stroll into the Frigiliana Village where there are many nice shops, restaurants and bars and so you don't even need a car to get to restaurants.

Finished to a very high standard there is air-conditioning throughout, a games room and a private swimming pool and garden.

It is built on three levels with very open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with fire place, sat tv and patio doors to large terrace with private pool. The kitchen is fitted with all mod cons such as dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and three have en suites with a full bathroom.

Although this villa has 5 bedrooms we have reduced the price for a maximum of 6 people only occupying the villa. If you are interested in renting the whole property for more than 6 people please enquire about prices.

The village of Frigiliana, and particularly the historic part is a village of unparalleled beauty. The architecture recalls the pure Moorish style while respecting changes through the centuries. Nerja on the coast is only 10 kilometres away. Nerja is a popular resort, readily accessible from Malaga and its international airport, with motorway access to within a mile of the town centre. Nestling in the foothills of the mountains, the old town, with its narrow, vehicle restricted, cobbled streets, offers a more relaxed holiday from that found in the big resorts further along the coast. With small picturesque bays, the famous ‘Balcon de Europa’ promenade, numerous small shops, bars and restaurants, and its wonderful all year round climate, Nerja has something for all seasons, especially for families and the more mature holiday maker.
