There is a downstairs cloakroom/toilet. Upstairs the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower and the main bathroom is equipped with a full sized bath with shower and WC.
This peaceful urbanisation is ideal for those requiring privacy, being securely gated with a door entry intercom system.

Local Amenities & Nerja
The apartment is close to Burriana with its long sandy Blue Flag beach, water sports facilities and many shops, bars and restaurants. The town centre is only a ten minute walk away.
Nerja has 8 beaches in all, many with the Blue Flag award, and the unspoilt Spanish town retains its charm, particularly in the old town with its narrow streets and traditional tapas bars. The famous Balcon De Europa, with its incredible panoramic views, is the focal point of Nerja and cannot be missed. For shopping Calle Pintada is the main destination, and a weekly outdoor market is held on Tuesdays. Festivals take place throughout the year and are always a highlight for those in Nerja at the time.
As a base for touring the eastern Costa Del Sol Nerja is perfect. Malaga is only an hour away by car, Granada a couple of hours and the beautiful inland mountains and villages on the doorstep.
