Separate east-facing brand-new kitchen overlooking pool and gardens; small but practical; oven, microwave, 3 plate hob, blender, coffee maker.

Large south-facing main bedroom (gets the sun first thing in the morning) with conservatory-style terrace  (sliding windows can be opened in summer),  two single beds making up a king-size double, triple wardrobe with ample hanging and pull-out basket storage, dressing table .Ceiling fan. Electric blankets provided for winter. Comfortable mattresses.

Elderly suitable;  Lift from ground floor. Very central. Higher than average beds. Shower  Comfortable mattresses and  sofa and chairs.  Electric blankets provided for winter. Accessibility; 4 steps up to pool, 6  steps up to roof-.terraces. No steps within flat. .

 

TERMS

25% deposit upon booking. If paying from UK; deposit payable by bank transfer. Balance payable upon arrival.

Check-out time; 10am (bags can be left if necessary.)

Check-in time; 1.30. (bags can be deposited earlier).

If there is no same day switch-over, these times may be altered by arrangement.
