This one bedroom apartment is set in luscious gardens with pool, close to Burriana Beach and the lovely town of Nerja.

The apartment has recently been renovated and cleverly designed to comfortably cater for 4 people.

The living room has 2 brand new 2 seater sofas which allow relaxing viewing of the newly installed satellite Tv, so you will not miss any of your favorite TV shows whilst on holiday. From the living room, through the newly installed sliding patio doors, you can relax and watch the sun set on the balcony, where there is more than enough room for the 4 chairs and table. Imagine having a lovely meal on the balcony, in the warm evening air, watching the sun set.

The newly modernised kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, clothes dryer iron and all the usual kitchen appliances.

The bathroom has been completely modernised with floor to ceiling tiling. After a day on Burriana beach, to revitalise you, a corner shower has been installed. There is plenty of storage for all your toiletries. The vanity mirror has lighting to assist preparations for those fantastic evenings out in Nerja town centre.

In the bedroom, as well as 2 single beds, a built-in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors has been fitted, which gives ample storage. A ceiling fan and air con unit has also been fitted for extra comfort. Two brand new sofa beds in the living room offer two further sleeping spcaes.

The apartment is on the second floor over looking the superb luscious communal garden. In the garden is a very inviting swimming pool which is open from May until October.

Please note that air-conditioning is included between the hours of 6pm to 2am. If you require unlimited use of aircon there is an additional charge of £20 per week.

Local Amenities & Nerja

The apartment is a seven minute walk from Burriana Beach. This beach is wide and sandy with safe bathing for all the family. It is lined with bars and restaurants, including the famous Ayo’s which offers fresh paella every day, cooked in huge pans over a wood fire. From the beach you can take part in many watersports, including kayaking, paragliding and diving.

There is a supermarket near to the beach.

Nerja town centre, a 15 minute walk away, has 8 beaches, many with the Blue Flag award, and the unspoilt Spanish town retains its charm, particularly in the old quarter with its narrow streets and traditional tapas bars. The famous Balcon De Europa, with its incredible panoramic views, is the focal point of Nerja and cannot be missed. For shopping Calle Pintada is the main destination, and a weekly outdoor market is held on Tuesdays. Festivals take place throughout the year and are always a highlight for those in Nerja at the time.

As a base for touring the eastern Costa Del Sol Nerja is perfect. Malaga is only an hour away by car, Granada a couple of hours and the beautiful inland mountains and villages on the doorstep.
