DescriptionThis lovely airconditioned modern terraced villa with private pool is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and has specutacular views over Burriana beach and towards the mountains. They are situated in the exclusive area of Chimenea, the most sought after area up above Burriana Beach. There is a Mini Supermarket and bar and restaurant nearby.
On the ground floor the villa has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms with separate bathroom. Outside is the large terrace and private pool.
On the firsts floor is the lounge/diner with Cd, Sat Tv, video and safe, and the fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is another terrace outside.
Stairs lead up to the roof top terrace, again with wonderful views over mountains and beach.
Free wireless Internet connection is available.
Airconditioning is included in the price for July and August. At other times it is €50 per week extra.

Local Amenities & Nerja
The villa is a 5 minute walk from Burriana Beach. This beach is wide and sandy with safe bathing for all the family. It is lined with bars and restaurants, including the famous Ayo’s which offers fresh paella every day, cooked in huge pans over a wood fire. From the beach you can take part in many watersports, including kayaking, paragliding and diving.
A regular bus service links to Nerja town centre which is a 25 minute walk away. The town has 8 beaches, many with the Blue Flag award, and the unspoilt Spanish town retains its charm, particularly in the old quarter with its narrow streets and traditional tapas bars. The famous Balcon De Europa, with its incredible panoramic views, is the focal point of Nerja and cannot be missed. For shopping Calle Pintada is the main destination, and a weekly outdoor market is held on Tuesdays. Festivals take place throughout the year and are always a highlight for those in Nerja at the time.
As a base for touring the eastern Costa Del Sol Nerja is perfect. Malaga is only an hour away by car, Granada a couple of hours and the beautiful inland mountains and villages on the doorstep.
