This stunning air conditioned apartment with breathtaking views over sea and mountains is situated in a prime location right on the Burriana beach. It is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the sea, sand and sports.

The apartment is very comfortably furnished with a large terrace overlooking the sea and mountains. It stands just across a small road from the beach. There are several little restaurants bars and shops and even a supermarket on the beach parade. The centre of Nerja is approximately 15 minutes walk where you will find many nice shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartment has a double bedroom with ensuite and air conditioning, and a twin bedroom with ceiling fan, there is a further full bathroom with shower and bath.

The lounge/dining room has seating for six, dining room table and chairs, Sat TV and air conditioning.  Through the patio doors is the terrace with patio furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer,microwave and washing machine.  This apartment has an iron and hairdryer.

There is a £30.00 per week supplement for use of aircon.

Local Amenities and Nerja

The villa is only a few steps from beautiful Burriana Beach.  This beach is wide and sandy with safe bathing for all the family.  It is lined with bars and restaurants, including the famous Ayo’s which offers fresh paella every day, cooked in huge pans over a wood fire.  From the beach you can take part in many watersports, including kayaking, paragliding and diving.

There is a supermarket close to the villa.

Nerja town centre, a 15 minute walk away, has 8 beaches, many with the Blue Flag award, and the unspoilt Spanish town retains its charm, particularly in the old quarter with its narrow streets and traditional tapas bars.  The famous Balcon De Europa, with its incredible panoramic views, is the focal point of Nerja and cannot be missed.  For shopping Calle Pintada is the main destination, and a weekly outdoor market is held on Tuesdays.  Festivals take place throughout the year and are always a highlight for those in Nerja at the time.

As a base for touring the eastern Costa Del Sol Nerja is perfect.  Malaga is only an hour away by car, Granada a couple of hours and the beautiful inland mountains and villages on the doorstep.
