A delightful three bedroom villa in Ladera Del Mar on the outskirts of Nerja. The house is set into the hillside with southerly views overlooking the garden and the Mediterranean Sea. With it's own pool (7 metres by 4 metres) and large terrace and the use of the communal pool and gardens and has a secluded beach within 200 meters.

Nerja town centre is just 20 minutes walk away and you can get to it by a beach path where you will find many nice Spanish restaurants and cafes along the way.

The accommodation has modern clean finishes and comes with all marble floors, full climate control air conditioning in the three bedrooms and the upstairs lounge, with cool air for the summer months and heating for the winter. Accommodation has three bedrooms : The Master Bedroom comes with en-suite bathroom, double bed, two side tables with lamps, dresser and built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has a double bed, two side tables and large built-in wardrobes. Bedroom three has two single beds side table with lamp and built-in wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink and toilet. The main bathroom and toilet has a bath with a shower. An upstairs toilet with wash hand basin.

The modern bright kitchen has Hob, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils and everything you would require to cook at home. The Laundry room is fitted with a modern washing machine with drying facilities on the clothesline on the terrace.

The Living Room off the hall has a comfortable sitting area with leather suite, Wi-Fi,flat screen TV with DVD and Sky for all the free to air programs from home. The dining area has an expanding table with seating for six people. Outside Private Pool, Shared Pool, Private Garden, BBQ, Parking, Garden Chairs and Sun Loungers. Double glass doors lead out onto the upper terrace, this gives the lounge a bright southernly view of the Mediterranean. The terrace is ideal for eating outside or having a leisurely drink under the stars. At the bottom of the staircase the rear door leads to the pool terrace. The terrace has a table with parasol and chairs and two sun beds for private sunbathing by the pool. The pool is shallow enough for children and deep enough for adults to have a good exhilarating swim. Also included is a Barbeque for you holiday treats.

The communal swimming pool and gardens are available to all residents and their guests to enjoy the sun and for relaxing. Sun beds are supplied for your use. General Airconditioning, Heating, Bed Linen Provided, Towels Provided, All bedding, bath and hand towels, and t-towels are provided. Replacement linen and towels can be arranged for longer than one weeks occupation.

Airconditioning is an extra £50 per week

Local Amenities and Nerja

Nerja town centre is just 20 minutes walk away and you can get to it by a beach path where you will find many nice Spanish restaurants and cafes along the way.

The town of Nerja has 8 beaches, many with the Blue Flag award, and the unspoilt Spanish town retains its charm, particularly in the old quarter with its narrow streets and traditional tapas bars.  The famous Balcon De Europa, with its incredible panoramic views, is the focal point of Nerja and cannot be missed.  For shopping Calle Pintada is the main destination, and a weekly outdoor market is held on Tuesdays.  Festivals take place throughout the year and are always a highlight for those in Nerja at the time.

As a base for touring the eastern Costa Del Sol Nerja is perfect.  Malaga is only an hour away by car, Granada a couple of hours and the beautiful inland mountains and villages on the doorstep.
