The fully equipped kitchen consists of oven/hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
There is a dining table with 4 place settings, and the lounge has 2 double sized sofa beds, satellite TV, CD/MP3 player and a feature fireplace and table top fan. There are 2 radiators for the winter season.
Leading from the lounge is a covered terrace with table and 4 chairs, this overlooks a small private walled garden with 2 sunbeds and a BBQ.
Amid the splendour of the gardens of El Capistrano Village are 2 very attractive swimming pools with sunbeds and pool bars
Linen and towels are provided on a weekly basis (4 bath and 4 hand towels). The property is cleaned by maid service ready for your arrival.

El Capistrano is awash with colour with footpaths threading their way between the whitewashed villas and apartments. The centre of Nerja is 1km away and is served by a public bus
The villa is about 1km from Burriana Beach. This beach is wide and sandy with safe bathing for all the family. It is lined with bars and restaurants, including the famous Ayo’s which offers fresh paella every day, cooked in huge pans over a wood fire. From the beach you can take part in many watersports, including kayaking, paragliding and diving.
Nerja town centre has 8 beaches, many with the Blue Flag award, and the unspoilt Spanish town retains its charm, particularly in the old quarter with its narrow streets and traditional tapas bars. The famous Balcon De Europa, with its incredible panoramic views, is the focal point of Nerja and cannot be missed. For shopping Calle Pintada is the main destination, and a weekly outdoor market is held on Tuesdays. Festivals take place throughout the year and are always a highlight for those in Nerja at the time.
As a base for touring the eastern Costa Del Sol Nerja is perfect. Malaga is only an hour away by car, Granada a couple of hours and the beautiful inland mountains and villages on the doorstep.
