This 1 bedroom apartment is located in the quiet Naricha urbanisation, an attractive area with well maintained gardens and a communal swimming pool.
The property has one double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and ceiling fan. The bathroom is fitted with bath and overhead shower, WC and wash basin.
In the bright living room there is comfortable seating, Sky TV, a dining area with table and chairs, CD player, ceiling fan and a fantastic view towards the Mediterranean. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and all the usual appliances.
Outside there is a terrace with sun loungers and barbecue, and a covered terrace with patio dining furniture. A perfect spot to spend a summer's evening watching the sun set over the sea.
All linen and bathroom towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Unfortunately the apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties as there are several steps from the road to the door of the property.

Local Amenities & Nerja
Urbanisation Naricha is in a quiet and peaceful area, surrounded by trees and plants and with a large and usually quiet communal pool. There is a large supermarket a few minutes walk away and the town centre and Burriana Beach are a short drive away or can be reached on foot in about 20 – 30 minutes.
Nerja itself has 8 beaches, many with the Blue Flag award, and the unspoilt Spanish town retains its charm, particularly in the old town with its narrow streets and traditional tapas bars. The famous Balcon De Europa, with its incredible panoramic views, is the focal point of Nerja and cannot be missed. For shopping Calle Pintada is the main destination, and a weekly outdoor market is held on Tuesdays. Festivals take place throughout the year and are always a highlight for those in Nerja at the time.
As a base for touring the eastern Costa Del Sol Nerja is perfect. Malaga is only an hour away by car, Granada a couple of hours and the beautiful inland mountains and villages on the doorstep.
