Refurbished to very high standards, this lovely apartment is set in the tranquility of El Capistrano Village with its beautiful gardens. There are 2 lovely pools in the complex, (the closer one pictured) a supermarket, restaurant and bar.
The apartment is situated on a quiet lane about 50m from the main road in Capistrano Village, where parking is available. It is on the third floor, accessed by stairs, so is unsuitable for the less mobile.
There is one bedroom with twin beds, fitted cupboards and a ceiling fan for the summer and wall heater for winter. There is a safe for valuables.
The kitchen/living area is open plan. The kitchen has been refitted and modernised to a high standard. It is light and airy with plenty of cupboards. It has cooker, extractor, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine.
The lounge is open plan with a dining area, table and chairs; a comfortable seating area; satellite TV, DVD and CD player. There is a ceiling fan for the summer and wall heaters for winter. There is a cupboard with books and games and pay as you go wi-fi.
The en suite bathroom has a shower, wc and basin. It has been modernised.
French windows open onto a southfacing terrace with spectacular views of sea and mountains. There are comforable loungers, table and chairs and a BBQ. There is a retractable awning which provides good shade from the sun.

Local Amenities and Nerja
The apartment is a 15 min. walk to Burriana beach and 25 min. to the beautiful town of Nerja.There is a regular cheap bus service from the Village to the town. In the complex there is a shop and at the entrance is a large supermarket – a 5 min. walk. Also close to the entrance is Hotel Arcos, specialising in Iberian cuisine. There is a bar and restaurant in the complex.
Burriana Beach is wide and sandy with safe bathing for all the family. It is lined with bars and restaurants, including the famous Ayo’s which offers fresh paella every day, cooked in huge pans over a wood fire. From the beach you can take part in many watersports, including kayaking, paragliding and diving.
Nerja town centre has 8 beaches, many with the Blue Flag award, and the unspoilt Spanish town retains its charm, particularly in the old quarter with its narrow streets and traditional tapas bars. The famous Balcon De Europa, with its incredible panoramic views, is the focal point of Nerja and cannot be missed. For shopping Calle Pintada is the main destination, and a weekly outdoor market is held on Tuesdays. Festivals take place throughout the year and are always a highlight for those in Nerja at the time.
As a base for touring the eastern Costa Del Sol Nerja is perfect. Malaga is only an hour away by car, Granada a couple of hours and the beautiful inland mountains and villages on the doorstep.
