There is a sunny private patio for alfresco eating, in addition there is a private roof terrace with sun loungers.
The floorings/staircase throughout are marble and marble style tiling. All the windows and doors are fitted with shutters which help keep the house cool in summer, and make it completely secure, together with a safe for your valuables. For the winter months there is heating available in all the rooms in the house. This townhouse would be suitable for a family with older children, couples or friends.
The double bedroom has plenty of wardrobe storage space, plus chest of drawers and bedside cabinets, 4 lamps and glass doors that open on to a Juliet balcony with sea glimpses. The twin bedroom also has spacious wardrobes, bedside cabinet and bedside lamps. Both rooms have ceiling fans.
There is a newly renovated luxury modern family bathroom with very spacious Champagne shower, modern white washbasin/cabinet and wc. Wall heater for winter months. Also a newly renovated separate groundfloor cloakroom including modern white washbasin/cabinet and wc.
The separate light modern kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, cooker, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee plungers, liquidiser, food mixers. Wide range of glasses, cutlery and crockery. Very suitable for longer lets.
There is a spacious open plan living room/dining area with A/C and double glass doors to patio. Modern sofas, glass coffee table, lamps & uplighter, Satellite TV (32inch) with English/European channels, DVD player, CD/radio Hi-Fi. Dining area includes glass table & 4 chairs plus wall shelving (books/games etc.). The double glass doors open on to the newly renovated walled sunny private patio area with plants and climbing flowers and has a table and 6 chairs, also including a sun umbrella and sun awnings. There is a barbecue ready for use on the patio. This area is ideal for alfresco dining. There is also a private roof terrace with sun loungers and patio furniture.
A laundry/storeroom area is conveniently located on the roof terrace. There are also 2 sunbeds, and a small table. This area also includes washing machine and drying facilities (washing lines, pegs, clothes horse). Sunbed and cushions are kept here.
Also supplied is a steam iron, ironing board, hairdryer, weighing scales (for luggage & other items!), & smoke alarm. First Aid kit, hot water bottle, Cool bag, shopping trolley, beach toys; as well as electronic safe for your valuables.
All linen and bathroom towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels.

Local Amenities and Nerja
The entrance to the property has a lovely area with orange trees and wooden bench seating; there is also a well kept secluded lawn area and gardens around the property. The communal gardens and new pool area (usually open May-early October) are right next-door to the house.
The nearest supermarket, which caters for Spanish and international food, and an Internet cafe are 2 minutes walk away in Los Huertos. There are very many Tapas bars, cafes, restaurants and shops within a short stroll.
Carabeillo Beach is just 300 metres away. Nerja has 8 beaches in all, many with the Blue Flag award, and the unspoilt Spanish town retains its charm, particularly in the old town with its narrow streets and traditional tapas bars. The famous Balcon De Europa, with its incredible panoramic views, is the focal point of Nerja and cannot be missed. For shopping Calle Pintada is the main destination, and a weekly outdoor market is held on Tuesdays. Festivals take place throughout the year and are always a highlight for those in Nerja at the time.
As a base for touring the eastern Costa Del Sol Nerja is perfect. Malaga is only an hour away by car, Granada a couple of hours and the beautiful inland mountains and villages on the doorstep.

Long Term RentalsPrice per month : £800 in winter monthsMonthly Winter rate is £800, which includes electricity (heating in all rooms). In order to make a booking, a deposit payment of 25% of the total cost is required, with the balance being due 8 weeks before arrival. There is a refundable damage deposit of £100.
