The Coastline Dixielanders were formed in 1992 on the eastern Costa Del Sol by a group of international musicians with a love for Dixie Jazz and tonight perform in Nerja.
Since then the band have entertained audiences throughout Spain at concerts and major jazz festivals. The current line up is much reduced from their original numbers. This new formation will perform live for the first time together tonight.
The Coastline Dixielanders are Spike Anderson on trumpet, Diego Suarez on piano, Ricky Vivar (of Gypsy and Dixie) on vocals and guitar, and Rafael Aguila on clarinet. In addition the celebrated tenor sax Enrique Oliver will be joining them for this show.
The concert is at the Nerja Cultural Centre on Calle Granada. The show starts at 9pm and a ticket will cost you €10
