Nerja Council have approved a motion to call on the regional government of Andalucia to look at a plan to site the long awaited new marina in Nerja and not in Torrox as is currently the plan. The marina has taken more than 25 years to become reality.
Bollywood On The Balcon
The Balcon de Europa in Nerja will be the scene for a Bollywood film production. Filming, by Team Works Production, will stars the Indian dancer and choreographer Sunny Singh, and will involve the Sunny Singh Bollywood Dance Company, which has a team of 16 dancers who will perform a spectacular dance routine in the centre of Nerja’s popular promenade.
Garage Entrance Tax 2010 Due
Owners of a garage or a car entrance are liable to pay this tax by August the 6th. More information at the Tax Office, Patronato de Recaudacion, at C/ AxarquÃa 3 (opposite the entrance to Calle Castilla Perez).
