If you have a vehicle registered in Nerja, you have until the 21st of May to pay this years car tax (Impuesto de Vehículos). If you haven’t received the notification in the post, you can get a copy in the tax office (Oficina de Recaudación) on Calle Axarquia, number 3. The office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 1:30pm. You can also set up a direct debit at your bank to make the payment automatically.
