Last weekend’s concert at the Nerja Caves marked the end of the Spring Concert season and the caves’ management have reported a 14% increase in visitors over the previous month.
Half of this increase has been attributed to Nerja residents who, since May 27th, can visit the Caves free on Sunday mornings.
The success of these free concerts, unprecedented in the history of the Caves, has encouraged the Foundation to organise a second season in the autumn, to be held between October the 21st and December the 9th.
The Spring Concerts, performed by the Nerja Villa Chamber Orchestra took place in the Waterfall Hall, where the 53rd Nerja Caves Festival of Music and Dance will be held in July. Click here for more details.
