After the unsettled weather of the past weeks, including a couple of days of rain, the beach weather has returned for the May bank holiday, although the cold winds have left snow on the mountain tops behind Nerja.
The good weather is set to continue for the rest of the week, but cloud and a small amount of rain are forecast for the weekend.
