This Saturday, October 22nd, the Nerja Cultural Centre is the venue for a festival of pure flamenco with singers, accompanying guitars and a dance group.
José Antonio Fernández, ‘el Niño de Almudena’, will perform with guitarist Gabriel Cabrera and singers Antonio José y Antonia Moyano. Dance group Azalea complete the artists on stage.
‘El Niño de Almudena’ is a veteran flamenco singer from Velez Malaga, and has won prestigious awards in his career, from the Radio Juventud de Málaga de RNE in 1988, to the Peña San Vicente de Málaga in 1993.
He has also collaborated on numerous radio and TV programmes in Andalucia and worked with some of the greatest names in flamenco.
The flamenco festival begins at 9pm and entry is €10
