Malaga city’s Christmas lights are set to be turned on tonight, Friday the 29th of November 2013. This year’s illuminations have been put up around the shopping streets of the town, centred around the most commercial of them all, Calle Larios.
There will be a party starting at 6pm organised by the council, during which there will be music and prize draws.
As in previous years, the lights use LED technology to reduce the display’s electricity consumption and hence keep its CO2 emissions as low as possible.
Malaga city is easily reached from Nerja by bus, or is less than one hours drive by car.
