The enormously popular Spanish TV programme Comando Actualidad will be broadcasting a special summer version during July and August called Comando al Sol travelling around Spain reporting from the most attractive summer locations in the country.
As part of this tour, the producers have called in to Nerja on Friday, filming in different parts of the town including the Nerja Caves in which the presenter of the programme put on climbing gear to ascend the Altas Gallery. Interviews were also filmed with the men who discovered the caves in 1959 and filming also took place on the Balcon de Europa and Burriana beach.
The programme will be broadcast on Wednesday 17th of July at 10.30pm on TVE 1 (also available to watch on the RTVE website).
