Nerja’s tourist information office (located on the ground floor of the Ayuntamiento building by the Balcon de Europa) has been awarded a Sistema Integral de Calidad Turística en Destinos (SICTED) for the quality of its work. The tourist office is among 35 businesses and services in the Axarquía to receive this award from the Association of Municipalities of the Costa del Sol.
President of the Association, Oscar Medina, emphasised the “effort, dedication and commitment to quality of the businesses and public services” in the region, adding that the certificates recognise the “good practices of our businesses and tourist services”.
