This weekend a Nerja restaurant will get a surprise. A foreign TV channel will be in town to film an episode of Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares. The celebrity chef filmed an earlier programme in Nerja a few years ago. The Town Hall have assisted the TV channel but are not naming the channel or the restaurant that will be visited. Relatives of the restaurant owner contacted the show to suggest they visit Nerja, but the owner is not aware that they will be the stars. It really will be a surprise.
The film crew will also be around town during the carnival, filming the sights of Nerja and the parade.
