Manos Artesanos Nerja is a friendly family run business, established in 1976, selling beautiful handmade leather goods and a wide selection of unique jewellery, ceramics, glassware and metalwork all designed by local craftsmen. The shop is right in the centre of the old part of Nerja, easily findable at the lower end of Calle Pintada, close to the Balcon de Europa.

Manos offers a huge range of quality leather goods including traditional items such leather bags, briefcases, belts, purses and wallets but also quirkier items such as photo-frames, petanque cases, penknife holders, cigarette and lighter cases, chessboards and solitaire sets all in beautiful hand-tooled designs. They also have an excellent range of leather bound stationary including address books and diaries and covers for A4 and A5 notepads.

Manos also offer a bespoke service and will design and make anything to order or adjust any of their existing designs, as you require. Please ask in the shop if there is something you are interested in but can’t find on the shelves. The leatherwork is all done on the premises and you can see the craftsmen at work by the door as you enter and at the back of the shop.

Manos is a must to visit for an original, authentic gift from Nerja and a perfect place to visit to treat yourself to something special.
