If you are looking for a day out from Nerja with or without kids the ‘Bioparc Fuengirola’ is a good choice. If you have a car it is easily reached in just over an hour along the A7 motorway. Alternatively the bus and train station in Fuengirola are only a few minutes walk away from the zoo.
The zoo has areas dedicated to species of birds, mammals and reptiles from different areas of the world, Madagascar, South East Asia and Equatorial Africa. There is a restaurant and a children’s area and attractive gradens to relax in.
