The Nerja Cultural Centre is a theatre and exhbition centre on Calle Granada, close to the Balcon de Europa and the centre of town.

As well as live performances, the centre also shows films and often has art and photography exhibitions. There is ample parking nearby in the pay car park on Calle Animus. There is also a second entrance in the passageway at the side of the building.

The centre, which opened its doors to the public in 1998, has an auditorium with 355 seats and is wheelchair friendly with an area for disabled visitors. The stage is 130 m2 and is 9 meters wide. Besides the auditorium, the Nerja Cultural Centre has multipurpose rooms and offices for seminars and conferences, with fifty-four seats each. These rooms are commonly used for courses, seminars and meetings. The largest room, with access to the stage, can hold conferences for up to one hundred people.

The site of the Nerja Cultural Centre was originally a mill owned by Francisco Ortega back in the 1920s & 30s. Since 1966 the site has been owned by Nerja council and the current centre opened on the 16th of May 1998.
