La Vuelta 2017 cycle race is set to pass through Nerja on Thursday the 31st of August.
The 160km stage runs from Motril in the East, to Antequera.
The cyclists will pass through Nerja at around 2.20pm along the N340 main road, which runs along the top of the town, from Maro to Torrox.
The police have warned that approach roads will be closed in the run up to the event, so expect delays in the early afternoon.
