With just under a week to go until Spring officially starts in the Northern Hemisphere, Nerja has been experiencing a day of spring-like weather a week early, with warm sunshine all day. The cold winds are still blowing, but on the sheltered beaches holidaymakers are taking advantage of the conditions to sunbathe and even swim. Air temperatures reached almost 19ºC in the afternoon, but it felt much hotter in the sun.
