This years Day of the Tourist will take place on Saturday the 3rd of September. The event takes place on the Balcon de Europa and is designed to show local appreciation towards visitors. The festivities include free guided tours, an appointment of an honourary “Tourist Ambassador”, flamenco dancing by local artists, a performance by the State of Georgia Ballet company and midnight fireworks. Activities start at 11.00am.
