Kitt the talking car from the hit 80s TV series Knight Rider can now be seen prowling the streets of Velez-Malaga, ten minutes down the road from Nerja, after local resident Jose Antonio Moreno bought the modified Pontiac Firebird Trans Am on the internet.
The TV series, called El Coche Fantastico (The Fantastic Car) in Spanish, was also a hit in Spain and had many fans, including Jose Antonio. The former beach lifeguard has now restored the car to its former glory and can be seen in the video below talking (in Spanish) about the car.
