English Premier League side Norwich City will be in Nerja until Thursday, using the sports centre facilities at the Enrique López Cuenca stadium close to the Nerja Club Hotel where the team are staying.
Norwich City are not on holiday, using the sunshine break to prepare for their match against Wigan at the weekend, and the management of the team have praised the facilities available as excellent. The council sports minister José Alberto Tomé invited the team to return to Nerja during the summer, and also hinted that other Premier League teams might also be making a trip to to Nerja.
