Nerja Feria FloatSaturday is the last full day of the Nerja Feria 2013 and starts at midday with a mass in honour of the Virgen del Pilar, patron saint of the Guardia Civil held at the Iglesia de El Salvador on the Balcon de Europa. One of the highlights of the Feria is the Grand Parade of floats, which winds their way through the streets of the town, starting from Parque Verano Azul (on the west side of Nerja) at 1pm. The parade ends at the Feria ground itself and one of the best places to watch it from is sitting in comfort at one of the cafes on Plaza Cavana (by the Balcon de Europa).

Tomorrow, Sunday, is the final day of the Feria “Children’s Day” with the rides at reduced prices.
