The centre of Nerja was deserted last night as everyone headed down to the Balcon de Europa to watch the live dance and music performances on the square in front of the Church.
Various acts took part including these Scottish dancers.
Events took place throughout the day around the town, culminating with live entertainment in Plaza España on a specially constructed stage.
Nerja Museum also took advantage of International Musuem Day to unveil a new sign, put up that morning.
