The bright and airy living room has a double sofa bed with a new, comfortable mattress, an armchair and a dining table and chairs. The TV receives Spanish digital television with the facility to switch from Spanish to English audio for certain TV programmes.

The large terrace is accessed from the lounge. This is a great spot to sit and watch the busy streets below or you can lower the shade to make a cosy private space.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, new fridge freezer, new washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and iron.

The bathroom has a shower, WC and sink, a mirror and bathroom cabinets for storage.

There is a telephone line into the apartment it is possible to activate the line and receive phone and broadband internet access.

This apartment would make an ideal flat to live in the town and its location also makes it ideal as an investment property for both long lets and holiday rentals.
