A charity art exhibition will be held in the council exhibition rooms on Calle Cristo, in May, in aid of the Taller de la Amistad workshop.
The Councillor for Education and Culture, Gema Garcia is organising the exhibition which will take place from the 4th to the 16th of May 2012 and has appealed to local artists to contribute their works. Gema Garcia says that the plan is to hold this exhibition every year and that the revenue will go to a different group each time.
The Taller de la Amistad in Nerja provides help and therapies for persons with learning difficulties. Below is a short video in Spanish about the workshop.
