Nerja’s Education and Culture councillor Gema García has announced that the council is organising a performing arts competition for Nerja’s school children called “Empúlpate”. There will be prizes and gifts donated by local businesses for the competitors, with the winner getting €300 in cash and the runners up €200 and €100 respectively.
The competition will be held in the Nerja Cultural Centre on the 24th of May, with a jury made up from local experts in the performing arts.
