Gordon Ramsay is definitely in Nerja this weekend. He has been spotted on the Balcon de Europa and is reported to be surprising an unsuspecting restaurant this weekend.
Ramsay first came to Nerja in 2006 when he tried to turn round ‘La Parra’ at Burriana Beach. Apparently the restaurant was serving pretty awful food, had no local customers and the tourists that ate there never returned. A year later Ramsay returned to the restaurant to discover that all the advice he had given had been forgotten and shortly after the business closed down.
Hopefully the subject of this weekend’s visit will fare better than La Parra. You can see how they fared in the video below, but be warned that Gordon does like to swear.
