Nerja council have announced that there will be no rubbish collection on the 24th and 31st of December due to the nochebuena (Christmas Eve) and nochevieja (New Years Eve) and have asked residents not to put rubbish out on those dates.
The council and workers also wishes the residents of Nerja Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
