As part of Nerja council’s ongoing work to improve and replace the drainage system around the town, the bottom section of Avenida Castilla Perez (near to Torrecilla beach) will be closed to traffic from Monday the 25th of November 2013.
The road will be closed from its junction with calle Almirante Carranza and traffic will be diverted via calle Pizarro (see map below). Drivers will have to remove their parked cars before Monday morning. The local bus service will continue as normal, with no stops affected by the roadworks.
The work is expected to take three days and the councillor for infrastructure, Antonio García, has apologised for any inconvenience that this work causes to motorists.
