FACUA Reports Ryanair For “Advertising Fraud”

In other news the Spanish Consumers Asscociation (FACUA) have reported Ryanair to the authorities for advertising misleading prices, such as flights for €10.99, which turn out to finally cost “four times as much”. FACUA examined two of the routes offered at this price and found that the final price was between 28% and 391% more than the advertised price. They claimed that they were unable to find a single ticket at the bargain price on offer.

FACUA have reported Ryanair to the Spanish Secretary of State for Consumer Affairs and to the authorities in various regions of Spain.
